DATABASE DESCRIPTION

TRIBO (TRIBOlogy Index) covers the worldwide literature on tribology, i.e., on fundamentals and applications of friction, wear and lubrication. Special emphasis is given to literature from Eastern Europe and to non-conventional literature. The database is in English but classification details are also available in German. For non-English literature the original title, mostly in French or German, is usually also given.
